Evaluate pricing and bid, bringing full understanding of material and labor breakdowns. Ensure that federal, state and local regulatory requirements, including OSHA and ADA, are met. Act as primary liaison with tenant departments, actively ensuring that service is prompt, responsive, effective, and that inter-departmental concerns are addressed and resolved. Ensure optimal tenant relations by maintaining constant communications with tenant, provide quality operations and maintenance service to assure proper performance of engineered equipment and building systems.
